Life on Fenrir

I've been having lots of fun on Fenrir. Hanging out with my brother is always nice.

Anansi has decided to be a Black Mage for a little while, as it levels faster than White Mage. At least until level 18 when she can unlock the ability to use a support job.

The people on the server are all very nice. She's found one linkshell already that's full of super nice people. Aitsukihime made his own linkshell though, so she's been hanging out in there. Hopefully we can build up membership and it can be something great. I've always liked to lead, and I think I could be an asset.

She's also made a new friend! A super nice Hume girl with a ponytail!

My best friend in the world of Vana 'diel, Ianyasha, has decided to move on with his real life and quit the game. I'm very sad to see him go, but I know that the time always comes for people to move on.

I wish him nothing but the best of luck in his endeavors in life.

It's been a while.

Been a long time since my last post. I've been busy. With real life mostly, which is okay.

Managed to get DRK to 37, so now I can CSS.

My Sky shell has moved into Sea one day a week, we just started last week and I missed this week's run due to sick children, but it seems like we'll be good there.

My brother has started a character on the Fenrir server. I toyed around with the idea of moving over there, but decided against it. Well, that and Mooner told me I better not, lol. So I've made a new character to play with him on. She looks just like Stardust and her name is Anansi. Started out in Sandy, of course ^.^ It's actually pretty fun to start over again. I have no plans on doing CoP or anything with her, but city missions and things are fun to redo. She's also a WHM.

That's really about it. Between logging in for Sky/Sea or to level WHM or DNC, I really haven't been up to much lately. Once October is over I'll probably get the itch to play a lot more again. October is my favorite month and I hate missing it!

So my friend Ianyasha and I have been doing the FoV NM in Valley of Sorrows once a day to try to get a pimp INT +6 augment on our Weskits. After a week or so of trying, Ian got his tonight! So exciting! I got another bleh one, Resist Poison +2, but oh well, I can always try again tomorrow after I get enough tabs built back up, lol.

I've been feeling out of place in my linkshell. Aside from sky, I don't really talk much in it. Because when I do, it feels like no one listens or cares about what I have to say. I know I'm being all /emo about it but it's really starting to get to me. There is one in paticular that just seem to go out of their way to ignore, and it really bothers me. I just wish I knew what I've done or haven't done to make them feel this way. Maybe it's because I'm not used to dealing with other females in game. They all seem like nice girls but maybe that's just it, they're girls and I'm used to being around guys. Or maybe I've done something to piss them off and I don't realize. Or maybe I just haven't been in the linkshell long enough for them to like me.

Anyway, enough /crying.

Sky updates. Looks like we need to spam some Kirin, as W.Legs are now the item with the longest list. It's nice that we're done spamming Byakko for a while, though. It's just now we have to go through another pants drought.

Still have yet to put some merits on my Red Mage. I've been trying to keep up on my Black Mage as after each Sky and Dynamis run it's in serious danger of deleveling. I'm back up to a 30k buffer but that won't last long the way I play.

Got caught up on my Purple and Brown belt quests so now all I need to do is obtain the tounge and egg and I'll have my Black Belt. Sounds way easier than it will actually be, most likely, as I don't know how to go about getting the last two items. Do I wait until the ls decides to run more KS99s or do I sit and try to mooch off the HNMLS's when they kill Behemoth and Aspi?

That's about it, camping VE when I have some spare time, this fly hates me. Also have to deal with the idiots that come and kill all the flys instead of just the place holder. Grrr.

Back in Business!

After my long week of no FFXI, I'm back! Spent a lot of time getting my Red Mage a buffer, so it can die lol...going to work on merits maybe today or tomorrow.



Did some Dynamis, Jeuno and Xarcabard. Which brings my points back up out of the negative, so that's good. Picked these up, too.Added to my nuking macro. I've not talked to a lot of other RDMs but I was doing 700-800 damage on Puddings. Not sure if that's good or not.

Sky last night went well. Moonbath is out of town this week so Danteyy has agreed to step up into leadership and he actually did quite well with me last night. He has good ideas and works well with everyone and myself so I think he'll work out. They had gotten a couple Diorite last week while I was gone so we popped Ulli twice and did 2 Byakko. Congrats to Liela on her Haidate!!!

That's really all I have, lots of stuff going on but don't really feel like typing it all out, since no one reads this most likely, anyway...

Deathly Bored...

I'm having money issues, and therefore was not able to make my payment for August. I have to wait until I get paid on Thursday to pay PoL. I know it's only a few days, but I'm already bored and miss the game.

I guess I'll go beat Fable 2 again, lol.
